Golf Operations & Customer Experience

Tyson’s career in the golf industry provided early leadership experience in customer service, staff oversight and operational management. As an Assistant Golf Professional and Caddie Master at Tedesco Country Club, and as a Staff Assistant at Salem Country Club, he developed skills in equipment safety, membership services and creating welcoming environments for guests and members.

His time in golf operations reflects his passion for the sport and his natural ability to lead teams, manage logistics and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Tyson holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Salem State University with a minor in Business Administration. During his time at Salem State, he was inducted into Lambda Pi Eta, the national communication honor society, which recognized his academic commitment and professional promise.
